Ingredients: 

• 1 catfish, marinated
• 20 bird’s eye red chilies
• 2 tomatoes
• 10 shallots
• 3 cloves garlic
• 5 candlenuts
• 1 kaffir lime (or calamansi)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp stock powder
