• 2 cups Maknyuss Rice
• 3 cups water

Ingredients for Pecel Lamongan Sauce:

• 10 shallots
• 3 cloves garlic
• 20 red bird’s eye chilies
• 2 tomatoes
• 1 lime
• 5 candlenuts
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp seasoning powder

Side Dish:

• 2 marinated catfish
