Resep Sambal Dabu Ikan Goreng Cakalang

Ingredients for Fluffy Rice:

• 2 cups Maknyuss Rice
• 3 cups water

Ingredients for Dabu-Dabu Sambal:

• 8 shallots
• 10 red bird’s eye chilies
• 3 curly red chilies
• 2 red tomatoes
• 2 green tomatoes
• 2 limes
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp sugar
• ½ tsp flavor enhancer
• 60 ml cooking oil

Additional Ingredient:

• Fried skipjack tuna
