Resep Sambal Dabu Ikan Goreng Cakalang

Ingredients: 

• 2 red tomatoes
• 2 green tomatoes
• 4 shallots
• 10 bird’s eye chilies
• 3 curly red chilies
• ½ lime
• 7 basil leaves (Indonesian kemangi)
• 60 ml hot oil
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• ½ tsp flavor enhancer (optional)
