
Pecel Rice Recipe
Ingredients for Fluffy Rice:
- 2 cups Maknyuss Rice
- 3 cups water
Ingredients for Peanut Sauce:
- 200 g fried peanuts
- 4 cloves garlic, fried
- 10 bird’s eye chilies
- Palm sugar to taste
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp tamarind water
- Hot water as needed
Ingredients for Vegetables (boiled):
- Spinach
- Water spinach
- Long beans
- Bean sprouts
- Cucumber
Complementary Ingredients:
- Peanut crackers
- Omelet
- Fried snacks
- Basil leaves
How to Make:
- Rinse Maknyuss Rice once, cook until fluffy, and set aside.
- Grind all peanut sauce ingredients until smooth. Add hot water and adjust the sauce’s consistency.
- Serve Maknyuss Fluffy Rice with vegetables of your choice, then drizzle with peanut sauce.
- Add complementary side dishes and enjoy.
