Resep Sambal Cakalang Manado

Ingredients for Fluffy Rice:

• 2 cups Maknyuss Rice
• 3 cups water

Ingredient for Manado Cakalang:

• 200 g skipjack tuna

Ingredients for Ground Spices:

• 5 cloves garlic
• 10 shallots
• 150 g red bird’s eye chilies
• 100 g curly red chilies
• 10 kaffir lime leaves
• 2 bay leaves
• 3 lemongrass stalks
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp seasoning powder

Additional Ingredient:

• Omelette
