Ingredients:
- 500 gr beef, pressure-cooked
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp beef stock powder
- ½ tsp sugar
- 500 ml water
- Belimbing wuluh (bilimbi fruit)
To Sauté:
- 10 shallots
- 8 cloves garlic
- 10 bird’s eye chilies
- 2 green tomatoes
- 1 segment galangal
- 2 stalks lemongrass
- 3 bay leaves
